During the review of their core paths plan, Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park proposed a change to the core paths at Gartmore.

The landowners Gartmore House were unhappy with what was going on and instigated a judicial review of the process. Gartmore House v Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park has now been decided and Malcolm Combe, author of our law guide has written a blog post about it.

The National Park was successful in defending its proposed plan.
