Brief note on procedural hearing on 2nd July

At the procedural hearing on 2nd July Sheriff Cubie ordered a further procedural hearing on 24th July to check that all the short-hand writers’ notes of the evidence are available. He set 7th September as the date for the final adjusted legal submissions. He also said that he wanted a date to be set for hearing the legal submissions in court because of the high level of public interest.
