Christmas and New Year at ScotWays

on .

The ScotWays office will close on Friday 23rd December 2011, and reopen on Wednesday 4th January 2012.

General rights of way and access enquiries: We are working really hard to answer as many enquiries as possible before Christmas, but unfortunately as we are short-staffed at present some of you may have to wait until the New Year to receive a response.

Rights of way searches for solicitors, land managers and developers: We are currently meeting our target of responding to all rights of way search requests within 5 working days of receiving them in our office, unless another deadline has been agreed. As our office will be closed between Christmas and New Year, search requests received after 16th December may not be completed until early in the New Year. If your search request is urgent, please contact us to discuss when we will be able to complete it.

Office volunteers: The office will be closed between Christmas and New Year, so please don't come into the office that week! We look forward to seeing you in the New Year.

ScotWays Christmas Cards available now!

on .

Our 2011 Christmas cards are now on sale. We have three new designs this year; Paps of Jura from Kilmory, Knapdale by Jo and Richard Doake, Carn Mor Dearg Arete by Alan MacQuarrie and View from Summit of Meall Ghaordaidh, Perthshire by Jim Crosthwaite. The fourth design, Corrour Station from Loch Ossian by Jim Crosthwaite, was first published last year. It was so popular with our members and friends we sold out very quickly and lots of people were left disappointed. We don't like to disappoint people, so we decided to print it again and give everyone a second chance to enjoy this fantastic image!

**STOP PRESS** We have now sold out of Paps of Jura, Corrour Station and Carn Mor Dearg Arete. We do still have stock of Meall Ghaordaidh, but they are going fast too so get your order in quick!

The Christmas cards are available to buy from our online shop: http://www.scotways.com/index.php?page=shop.browse&category_id=13&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=59. Alternatively, you can send a cheque, made payable to ScotWays, to our office at 24 Annandale Street, Edinburgh. Please remember to add a flat rate of £1 per order to help cover postage and packing.

If you want to avoid the postage and packing charge, why not pop into our office on Annandale Street? Do give us a ring to let us know you are coming though, so we can make sure there is someone here to let you in!
