This year our AGM will be held virtually on Saturday 20 November 2021. On this page, you will find information about the AGM along with the documentation you will need for the event.
To attend the AGM you need to register in advance. Only people who have registered will be able to attend. Once your registration has been accepted you will be sent an email with joining details. Keep this safe as you will need it to join us on the day. Make sure to check your SPAM, JUNK, or TRASH folders in case it ends up there.
We are using Zoom to run the meeting and we produced a short guide for the 2020 AGM to tell you more about Zoom and how to use its features to participate during the meeting. You can use this same guide again this year.
As with last year's virtual AGM, we will be starting with our guest speaker followed by the formal business of the meeting. We are also starting in the morning as people don't need to travel to join us.
10:30 Speaker, Nick Hayes will talk about The English Right to Roam.
Nick Hayes is an illustrator, writer, and campaigner for greater public access to the English countryside. He is the author of The Book of Trespass which was a Sunday Times bestseller in 2020 and was reviewed in our spring 2021 newsletter.
