Please send us a copy map, or a sketch map of the area, with the full length of the path marked on it. Even if we do not have it recorded, it may still be a right of way. Many rights of way are unrecorded because they have not come to our notice. We will see if it appears to meet the conditions. If there is a problem, we may ask you to help to collect evidence of use of the route over a 20-year period, by distributing questionnaires.
