There are two court cases currently underway under the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003.

In the Tuley case (see earlier story for details), Mr Tuley is appealing against the decision requiring him to remove a barrier to horse access.

In the Snowie case (see earlier story for details) there will be a final court hearing on 5th November 2007.
